Smart Cooking Tips:

1. Adding cashew nuts and raisins are optional. You can add any of your favorite nuts like almonds, pistachios, and pecans.

2. If you find difficult to shape the laddoos, add extra warm ghee to the wheat flour mixture and shape the laddoos, warm ghee helps to bind the laddoos.

3. Roasting the wheat flour until the color changes to a golden brown is an important step in making these laddoos. If the wheat flour is not get roasted properly then the laddoos will taste the raw wheat flour.

4. Roast the wheat flour over a medium flame and keep stirring to avoid the wheat flour from getting burned.

5. If you do not have powdered sugar handy just blend the granulated white sugar in a mixer or blender until smooth.

6. You can use store bought cardamom powder instead of freshly crushed cardamoms. Personally, I like the freshly crushed cardamom that is more flavorful than the store bought cardamom powder.
