- 0.25 cup ORANGE JUICE RAW
- 1.50 cup ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 0.75 cup UNSALTED BUTTER
- 1 cup SUGARS GRANULATED
- 1 tbsp ORANGE PEEL GRATED
- 0.50 tsp BAKING POWDER
- 0.50 tsp SALT TABLE
- 2 no EGG WHL RAW FRSH
- 0.50 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease the medium size loaf pan with melted butter.

Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth, add eggs, vanilla extract, orange zest, orange juice and beat them together until creamy.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in a separate bowl.

Combine both the dry and wet ingredients and mix well. Transfer the batter to a prepared loaf pan and bake for 55 – 60 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center and comes out clean.
