AVOCADO DEVILED EGGS – EASY APPETIZER
Avocado deviled eggs are the healthy and simple appetizer. Avocado and hard-boiled egg yolks together make the creamy and flavorful deviled eggs.
- 1 no Avocado
- 3 no Eggs
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Onion Chopped
- 2 tbsp Roma Tomato
- 0.75 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Paprika

Hard Boiled Eggs: In a saucepan add water and place eggs gently, add salt and bring the water to a rolling boil. Turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid and allow the eggs to sit in a hot water for 12 – 15 minutes.

Crack open the eggs and cut them in a half. Scoop out the egg yolks from egg whites and place it in a wide bowl.

Cut the avocado and scoop out the flesh using a spoon and add the avocado flesh to the egg yolks. Add lemon or lime juice and mash them together to the smooth texture using a fork.

Add salt, chopped cilantro and mix well. Add chopped onion, chopped tomato and mix gently. Place a spoonful of avocado mixture into the hard boiled egg whites and garnish with paprika (optional). Avocado deviled eggs are ready to serve.
