Health Benefits of Goat Cheese:

Goat cheese is low in calories, fat, sodium and cholesterol. It contains a good amount of protein, calcium, vitamin A, and vitamin D.

I tried this Montchevre goat cheese jalapeno flavor for stuffing. Montchevre Goat Cheese is made with fresh, high-quality goat’s milk collected from local, independent family farms. It tastes so flavorful, and smooth perfect for the stuffing. Montchevre is high in protein, calcium, and vitamin D contains less lactose and is rich in nutrients and vitamins. All of these factors and its wonderful taste make it the perfect addition to your healthy lifestyle.

Egg Drop Soup

Egg drop soup is a popular Chinese recipe that you could find in every Chinese restaurant.  It is my favorite soup recipe so I just wanted to try it at home. Actually, this soup is slightly thicker but I just wanted to make it light and healthy. So I skipped adding the corn flour to the soup. 3. You can add corn flour it helps to thicken the soup.

  4. Add eggs and stir vigorously in one direction for thin and silky egg ribbons.

  5. You can replace the chicken stock with vegetable stock.

  6. I used low sodium chicken stock in this recipe. The salty taste in the broth and soy sauce is just perfect for my taste bud so I didn’t add salt to the soup.
