How to make dry fruit ladoo?
Dry fruit ladoo is a popular Indian sweet with dry fruits like dates, raisins, fig and chopped nuts. Traditionally, dry fruit ladoo is made by sauteing the dry fruits in ghee and blending with chopped nuts. I used Medjool dates in this recipe that is soft and easy to grind without soaking and sauteing in ghee. Additionally, oats and chia seeds add extra nutrition to the ladoos. It is an excellent sweet recipe for everyone from kids to weight watchers. Check out the other easy dry fruit ladoo recipe, date nut ladoo.

Dry fruit ladoo is an easy and healthy snack that is similar to the no bake energy balls recipe, it takes 10 to 15 mins to make and stays good for up to a week. Dates, almonds, oats and chia seeds together makes a healthy, energetic and nutritious snack. My son Aldrich love this healthy snack, oats, almonds and chia seeds together keep the kids fuller and energetic for a longer time. You can even serve these energy balls as a breakfast too.
