Paniyaram pan is also known as appe pan. It is widely used in South Indian cuisine. Traditionally, it is used to make paniyarams. Recently I tried many of my favorite deep fried snack in the paniyaram pan. The snacks turned out great just like the deep fried ones. The best part about cooking in the paniyaram pan is, with only few amount of oil the snacks turned yummy.
