South Indian chicken curry is a delicious and spicy chicken curry flavored with spices and coconut. I like to eat this curry with hot steamed idli. This one curry goes well with idli, chapati, dosa, pulao, etc and also it is simple to make. I usually use chicken with bones to make this curry, because it gives a nice flavorful curry.
