SIMPLE APPLE KALE SMOOTHIE

This is the first green smoothie, I tried it for breakfast. A question was running in the back of my mind whether it would taste good or at least, I would able to finish it without wasting it. I didn’t sip it first, I asked my husband to taste it and his face reaction was ok. So after him, I tasted it, Wow!! I liked it a lot. A smoothie with so much of nutritious tastes sweet without sugar and creamy without milk or yogurt. Thoroughly enjoyed it for breakfast, and I am going to make it for my breakfast for at least twice a week.

 

SIMPLE APPLE KALE SMOOTHIE

A simple apple kale smoothie is a healthy, sugar free, vegan and low calorie breakfast. It is one of the great smoothie for weight loss and dieting.

  • 1 no APPLE
  • 0.50 cup ORANGE JUICE
  • 1 cup KALE LEAVES
  1. Peel, core and chop the apple roughly. Blend Orange juice and Kale together until smooth. Add the chopped apple pieces, blend until smooth and serve.
