1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine condensed milk, milk powder, saffron, crushed cardamoms, ghee and mix well without any lumps.

3. Allow the mixture to cool and when it is warm enough to handle by your hand shape them into small balls, make a slight dent in the center and garnish with chopped nuts. Allow the pedas to cool completely and serve.

- 14 oz Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Milk Powder
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 2 no Green Cardamoms
- 0.50 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tbsp Chopped nuts of your choice

1. In a pan, add condensed milk, milk powder, freshly crushed cardamoms, saffron and mix well without any lumps.

2. Turn on the heat and cook over a low to medium heat until the condensed milk mixture becomes thick. Keep stirring and scraping the bottom and sides of a pan to avoid the condensed milk and milk powder sticking to the pan and getting burned.

3. Finally, add ghee, mix well and remove the pan from heat. Allow the condensed milk mixture to cool, when it is warm enough to handle with your hand, shape them into small balls and make a slight dent in the center and garnish with chopped nuts.
