CAULIFLOWER EGG FRIED RICE – PALEO RICE

cauliflower fried rice

Cauliflower egg fried rice is a healthy, low-carb and paleo recipe. This paleo rice is easy and simple to make with just a few ingredients.

Paleo Rice:

Cauliflower florets grated to a fine rice consistency that tastes soft and similar to the white rice. Cauliflower rice is an excellent alternative to the white rice. Cauliflower is a healthy and low-calorie vegetable that provides vitamins, protein, and minerals. A small portion of cauliflower makes you feel fuller for a long time. So this cauliflower rice is an excellent recipe for the weight watchers and dieting people. You can avoid adding eggs in this recipe but eggs provide an additional nutrition, taste, and protein to this dish. Check out the other paleo recipes avocado deviled eggs and quinoa chicken pulao.

Smart Cooking Tips:

1. Grate the cauliflower florets to a fine rice consistency without leaving the bigger chunks.

2. You can add any of your favorite vegetables like carrot, beans, cabbage and bell peppers.

3. You can add soy sauce in this fried rice recipe. I skipped adding soy sauce to make a healthy and sodium less fried rice.

How to serve cauliflower fried rice?

Serve cauliflower fried rice as it is or with Chicken Manchurian or Fish Manchurian.
