Sooji Coconut Ladoo or Rava Ladoo is an easy and quick dessert. Roasted sooji, Coconut, Nuts, and Milk together make an excellent ladoo.
Smart Cooking Tips:
- Avoid roasting sooji/rava for a long time. It should be in a soft texture.
-
Make sure to add warm milk for binding the ladoos.
- If you replace the milk with ghee for binding, the sooji ladoo will stay good for a longer time. With the milk, it will stay good up to 3 days.
-
You can also avoid adding coconut in this recipe, but coconut gives more flavor and taste.
-
Adjust adding ghee according to your taste, I usually prefer ghee taste and flavor in my sweets.
