This chutney is low in calorie compared to coconut and peanut chutney. Kids would also love this chutney. Adjust adding spices according to your kid’s taste.
CORIANDER CHUTNEY
Coriander Chutney is a tasty and healthy side that goes well with Idli and Dosa. This chutney is made with fresh coriander leaves, tomatoes and onions.
- 3 no ROMA TOMATO
- 1 cup ONION CHOPPED
- 4 cup CILANTRO (CORIANDER)LEAVES RAW
- 3 no DRY RED CHILIES
- 4 tbsp CANOLA OIL
- 2 tsp GARLIC
- 1 tsp CORIANDER POWDER
- 1 tsp SALT TABLE

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, garlic and cook until the onion becomes soft.

Add the chopped tomato, red chilies, salt, coriander powder and cook until tomatoes become soft.

Add the coriander leaves and cook for a couple of seconds. Allow it to cool and grind to a smooth paste. Coriander chutney is ready to serve.
How to serve coriander chutney?
Serve coriander chutney as a side dish with Idli or Dosa.
