- 3 no Radish White Grated
- 1 cup Onion Chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0.50 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add urad dal and saute until the color changes to golden brown.

Add chopped onion and cook until the onion becomes soft.

Add grated radish, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well. Cook until the radish becomes soft and the raw smell goes off.
