Smart Cooking Tips:

  1. You can add other dry fruits like raisins, pistachios, and fig.
  2. Soaking the nuts in warm milk helps to grind smooth.

  1. Adjust adding milk according to your desired consistency. I like slightly thick and creamy consistency, so I added a cup of milk. If you want a thinner consistency, add an additional amount of milk and blend.
  2. The sweetness from dates is enough if you prefer more sweetness add sugar or honey according to your taste.

I am using the high power blender “Blendtec” and it is my favorite kitchen tool. I am using Blendtec for more than three years now and still working like a new one. I use it for at least 10 times in a week from grinding batters for Idli, Dosa to make smoothies. It just grinds even the lentils, chickpeas and nuts to a fine texture. The best and my favorite part is it just fits under the kitchen cabinet comfortably and easy to clean the jars.
