Ingredients:
1 large onion
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
salt to taste
oil for frying
Preparation:
1.Heat the oil in deep pan.
2.Separate the onion slices into rings.
3.In a small bowl,stir together the flour,baking powder and salt.Dip the onion slices into the flour mixture until coated;set aside.
4.Whisk the egg and milk into the mixture using fork.
5.Dip the floured rings into the batter to coat,spread the bread crumbs out on a plate.
6.Place rings one at a time into the crumbs and scoop the crumbs up over the ring to coat.
7.Repeat with remaining rings.
8.Deep fry the rings until golden brown
9.Remove and drain the oil using paper towel.
10.season with seasoned salt and serve.

chicken vadai
Ingredients:
1.boneless and skinless chicken
2.potato
3.Roasted bengal gram
4.garam masala
5.green chillies
6.Garlic pods
7.salt
Preparation:
1.Mince the chicken separately and keep aside.
2.Boil the potato's, immediately remove from the water and grate it.
3.Powder the roasted bengal gram with the green chillies and garlic pods.
4.In a large bowl add the minced chicken,above powdered ingredients,salt,garam masala and mix it well.
5.Take a small portion and form like a small patties.
6.Deep fry the patties in a oil(Low to Medium heat).
7.Take out when it turns into a crispy form and ready to be served.

Spinach salad with roasted chicken,apples and cranberries
Ingredients
1.1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2.1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
3.1 teaspoon sugar
4.1 cup chopped roasted chicken breast(from a rotisserie chicken)
5.1/2 green apple,diced
6.4 cups fresh baby spinach
7.1/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
Preparation
1.In a medium bowl.combine mayonnaise,lemon juice and sugar,mix well.
2.Add chicken and apple;toss to coat.
3.Add spinach and cranberries and gently toss.serve immediately.

Vegetable pulao
Ingredients:
2 cup Basmati rice
ghee
coconut milk 1 cup
oil
vegetables(carrot,beans,cauliflower,potato)
cinnamon stick
cloves
bay leaves
ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
green chillies
mint leaves
cilantro
yogurt 3 tbsp
cashews
raisins
onion 1 big
cumin seeds
green cardamom
salt as per taste.
Preparation:
1.Wash and soak the basmati rice for abt 45 minutes.
2.In a large deep pan add oil,once the oil becomes hot add the cumin seeds and the green cardamom,cinnamon stick,cloves,bay leaves and saute it for a minute.
3.Add the sliced onion and chopped green chillies,saute them till the onion becomes transparent.
4.Add the ginger garlic paste cook till it loses its raw smell.
5.Add the yogurt,cilantro,mint leaves and the chopped carrots,beans,cauliflower,potato.
6.Give it to a good mix.
7.Add the Basmati rice,1 cup of coconut milk and 2 cups of water.
8.Add salt and check the taste.
9.Cover the pan using the lid and put it in a low flame.
10.Cook till all the water and the coconut milk evaporates.
11.In a small skillet add 2 tbsp of ghee and roast the cashews,raisins till the cashews turns into golden brown.
12.Add it to the cooked rice and give it to a good mix.

Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
1. 2 Skinless chicken breasts
2. 3 egg
3. cooking spray
4. 1 all-purpose flour
5. oil(for frying
6. Salt and pepper
7. 2 cups bread crumbs
Preparation:
1.Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes,puree until smooth,add 1 egg and blend it again.slowly add just enough bread crumbs so a chicken dough forms.
2.Line a baking sheet with foil coated in cooking spray.Form chicken into balls and flatten.
3.Refrigerate until firm.
4.In the three separate bowls Keep the flour, 2 Beaten egg and remaining bread crumbs.Dip chicken into flour,egg and bread crumbs.(in the same order).
5.Either Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or fry until golden brown.
6.Season with salt and pepper

Grilled fruit salad
Ingredients:
1.strawberry
2.blueberry
3.banana
4.sugar
5.lemon juice
6.water
7.sliced almonds
Preparation:
1.make the syrup by adding half a cup of sugar in a quater cup of water and add around 2 tablespoon of lemon juice in it.
2.allow the sugar to melt and add blue berries in it and leave aside.
3.slice the strawberry,banana and add the sugar.
4.mix the strawberry and banana with sugar thoroughly.
5.heat the pan and grill the strawberry and banana untill the banana changes the colour,srawberry for a few minutes untill the juices comes out from the strawberry.
