  • 8 no Sweet Potatoes (Small Size)
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 420 degrees. Wash and arrange the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet with 2-inch space apart and bake in a pre-heated 420 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until the fork tender  (turn the sweet potatoes to the other side after 15 minutes of baking and continue to bake for another 15 minutes).
