- 2 cups Rajma (Red Kidney Beans) Cooked and Mashed
- 2 no Potatoes Medium size (boiled and mashed)
- 2 tbsp Corn flour or All purpose flour (maida)
- 0.50 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder (adjust according to your taste)
- 1 cup Oil (for deep frying)
- 1 cup Onion Finely Chopped
- Combine all the ingredients together, except oil and mix well. Divide them into small portions and shape them into patties.

Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry or shallow fry the patties until the color changes and the outer side of the patties becomes crispy. Rajma tikki is ready to serve.
