Coconut Milk Chia Seed Pudding

Coconut milk chia seed pudding is an easy and delicious grab and go breakfast with only five ingredients. It is an excellent option for healthy dessert too.

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Honey (to taste)
  • 1 pinch Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Pecans Chopped or any of your favorite toppings
  1. In a bowl or mason jar, add coconut milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract and mix well.
  2. Set in the refrigerator for overnight or if you are serving as a dessert, set for 3 to 4 hours until it reaches the desired thickness. Add your favorite toppings like chopped nuts or fruits or toasted coconut and serve.
