- 0.50 cup Jaggery Powder
- 1.50 cup Warm Milk
- 0.25 cup Ghee
- 0.50 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp Chopped Nuts (optional)
- In a pan, heat ghee, add besan flour and roast over a low to medium flame until the color changes to golden brown. This step may take 12 to 15 minutes.

Add powdered jaggery and mix well. Add warm milk and cook until the halwa becomes thick (keep mixing).

Add cardamom powder and mix well. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
