How to make scrambled egg sandwich

  • 2 no Eggs
  • 0.50 cup Onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 0.50 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 0.50 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.50 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 0.50 tbsp Butter
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  1. In a pan, heat oil, add chopped onion and cook until onion becomes soft.
  2. Add turmeric powder and cook until the turmeric powder loses its raw smell.

  3. Add eggs, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well. Cook until the eggs get cooked thoroughly. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and allow the scrambled eggs to cool.

  4. Apply butter on a side of the bread slices and spread scrambled egg evenly on the bread slice. 

  5. Place another slice of a bread on the scrambled eggs and grill or cook the sandwich on the stove top using a skillet until golden brown. Scrambled egg sandwich is ready to serve.
