INGREDIENTS:
1 pound minced mutton/beef
1 Large Potato
1 Pinch Turmeric
1 Pinch Chilli powder
1 Pinch Salt
1 big onion
1 small size ginger
1 Medium size garlic
1 bunch Coriander leaf
4 nos. Green chili
Oil to fry
Bread crumbs
PREPARATION:
Wash and drain the water completely from the mutton, add turmeric powder, chili powder and salt, pressure cook for 10 mins. Mash the potato and together.
chop the onions, garlic, ginger, green chili and coriander leaf.
Mix the chopped vegetables, and make a patty with it.
Cover the patty with bread crumbs. add oil to the pan and fry the patty in the oil until it turns golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce.
Serves 4-5 person.
