Mutton Cutlet

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound minced mutton/beef
1 Large Potato
1 Pinch Turmeric
1 Pinch Chilli powder
1 Pinch Salt
1 big onion
1 small size ginger
1 Medium size garlic
1 bunch Coriander leaf
4 nos. Green chili
Oil to fry
Bread crumbs

PREPARATION:

Wash and drain the water completely from the mutton, add turmeric powder, chili powder and salt, pressure cook for 10 mins. Mash the potato and together.
chop the onions, garlic, ginger, green chili and coriander leaf.
Mix the chopped vegetables, and make a patty with it.
Cover the patty with bread crumbs. add oil to the pan and fry the patty in the oil until it turns golden brown.

Serve with tomato sauce.
Serves 4-5 person.

Bread Dosa

Ingredients:
4 slice bread
1tablespoon rice flour
1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoon rava
Onion
Green chillies
Cilantro
Oil(for making dosa)
Black peppers
cumin seeds

preparation:
1.Cut the edges of the bread and discard it, chopped the remaining Bread slices into small pieces.
2.In a Blender,add the yogurt and bread pieces.Make them into a paste.
3.Crush the Black Pepper and Cumin seeds.
4.Chop the onion,green chillies,cilantro.
5.In a deep bowl,combine the Bread slices and yogurt paste with crushed black peppers,cumin seeds,chopped onion,green chillies and cilantro give it to good mix.
6.In a hot pan make like a dosa using oil and serve hot.

Beef masala

Ingredients:
Beef
salt
onion
curry leaves
garam masala
green chillies
red chilly powder
corriander powder
ginger garlic paste
cinnamon stick
cloves
cardamom
Bay leaf
fennel seeds
oil
Turmeric powder

Preparation:
1.Marinate the beef with salt,red chilly powder,corriander powder,turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste for 30 min.
2.Pressure cook it by adding just enough water and cook till four whistles.Let it cool naturally.
3.In a pan,add oil allow the oil to become hot.
4.In the hot oil add whole spices(cinnamon sticks,cloves,cardamom,bayleaf) cook until nice aroma comes out.
5.Add fennel seeds and curry leaves allow them to splutter.
6.Add onion and green chillies, cook till the onion becomes golden brown.
7.Add the garam masala and cook for 3 min.
8.Add the Pressure cooked beef into the pan and give it to a good mix.
9.Cook for 5 min(keep stirring),Beef masala is ready to be served.
